🎞️ How to Mail Us Your Film

Step 1. Click here to create a FREE USPS shipping label.

Step 2. Place Your Order Online

Select your film type (Color, B+W, or Disposable Camera) on our website and complete your checkout through our secure Square portal.

Tip: Note your Order Number—you’ll need it for your package!

Step 3. Pack Your Film Carefully

Place your rolls or disposable cameras in a Ziploc bag to protect them from moisture. Use a padded bubble mailer or a small sturdy box for shipping.

• Pro Tip: If shipping 35mm rolls, try to keep them in their plastic canisters if you still have them to prevent accidental light leaks.

Step 4. Include Your "ID Slip"

Inside the package, include a small note or a printout of your order confirmation with:

Full Name

Order Number

Phone Number (In case we have questions about your scans!)

Step 5. Print our label, attach, and Drop it at USPS

During checking out:

Choose what you’d like us to do with your film negatives/prints when we complete your order:

Standard Shipping (Negatives or Prints) – we’ll ship them back to you.

Destroy Negatives – if you don’t want your film negatives returned.

Store Pick Up - if you will be coming by to collect your film negatives/prints.

Scan Options:

Standard [JPEG]: 3,000 x 2,000+ pixels

Optimized for efficient storage and compatibility, ideal for medium prints and quick sharing.

High Resolution [JPEG] or [Tiff]: 6,000 x 4,000+ pixels

Large resolution allows for larger prints, more detailed cropping, and improved image sharpness compared to our Standard-resolution files.

You'll receive an email with a link to download your photos once the film has been processed.

Turnaround time (after we have received your film), 2 to 3 working days.
