🎞️ How to Mail Us Your Film
1. Order Online — After completing your purchase, Note your Order Number for your package.
2. Pack Carefully — Place your rolls or cameras in a plastic bag, then a small padded mailer or box. Keep 35mm rolls in their canisters if you have them.
3. Add an ID Slip — Include your Full Name, Order Number, and Phone Number inside the package.
4. Watch for Your Label — We'll email you a courtesy UPS shipping label after checkout. Print it, attach it, and drop off at any UPS location.
At Checkout, Choose:
What happens to your negatives: Standard Shipping, Destroy Negatives, or Store Pick Up
Scan resolution: Standard JPEG (3,000 x 2,000+, great for prints & sharing) or High-Res JPEG/TIFF (6,000 x 4,000+, for larger prints & detailed crops)
Add 4x6 Prints or Rush Service
You'll get an email to download your photos once processed. Turnaround is 2–3 working days after we receive your film — add Rush Scans to skip the line.
